Flying Experience:

Overall, accumulated over 2000 hours as a pilot, doing part-time commercial work, glider towing, general sport flying & RAAus instructing.

• Trained on De Haviland Chipmunks at age 16. Obtained flying licence at age 17. Commercial licence gained in 1968.
• Flight Service Officer with Dept of Civil Aviation for some 17 years, working in Papua New Guinea, Tullamarine airport- Melbourne, Tasmania, Kununurra & Jandakot & spent spare time flying commercial operations.
• 1992, turned to recreational aviation.
• Owned & operated RAAus flying school in Perth, WA. Owned & restored various aircraft; built a Savannah.
